The rental requirements are simple but essential: You must be over 25 years old, present a valid driver's license, an official identification (IFE or Passport), and have a personalized credit card with available credit.
Can I rent with a foreign driver's license?
If you are between 21 and 25 years old, you can rent without any major complications. You will only need to pay an additional risk insurance of approximately $10.00 USD per day. If you are under 21 years old, it is not possible to rent.
There is the option for a relative or acquaintance to provide their credit card for the temporary security hold. Yes, it is possible, but please note that this incurs an additional cost, which is calculated based on the distance between the rental location and the return location.
Our rates include unlimited mileage! If the vehicle is returned on the contracted day and time, you will have the freedom to travel as much as you need without any additional charges.
The service requires a security deposit that is temporarily blocked on your credit card while the vehicle is being used. This is how we protect the lease agreement against possible violations of its conditions. This is an essential requirement and can be covered by a companion's credit card.
